ProfhiloⓇ

ProfhiloⓇ is a pure, stabilised injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) that is used for treating skin laxity. HA is a natural constituent of our skin. It attracts and holds onto water to provide hydration structure and volume. The levels of hyaluronic acid in our skin dramatically diminish with age causing it to become dry and lose volume. Gravity also takes its toll.

After a ProfhiloⓇ treatment the low molecular weight HA is released slowly and provides hydration to the skin throughout the epidermis (the outermost layer of the skin) this is called  the ‘Hydro' effect. 

 

As well as this, the high molecular weight HA provides a stable architecture in the dermis (the middle layer of the skin) this gives a volumetric affect referred to as the ‘Lift Effect’. Although ProfhiloⓇ is a hyaluronic acid, it works differently from regular dermal fillers.

A minimum of two ProfhiloⓇ treatments are needed, 4-6 weeks apart for maximum benefit.
